UAC may cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory shortages. Full payment is required at the time of order unless a credit account is established. Sales tax is collected where legally required based on the ship-to address. By providing payment details, you authorize UAC to charge the applicable amount.

UAC ships to the continental United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. UAC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Inspect all shipments upon receipt and report damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery.

UAC's services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. UAC's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
