Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. You can also go to My Account > My Orders and select the order to view live tracking status and estimated delivery.
UAC ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Carrier selection is made at the time of shipment to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that window, the order may have already entered fulfillment. Contact our support team immediately at support@universalair.com and we will do our best to assist.
Yes, UAC ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders. Find the relevant order, click Request Return, and follow the steps. You will receive an RMA number and a prepaid return label by email within one business day.
All new UAC A/C compressors carry a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Extended coverage options are available at checkout. See the full warranty policy for terms and exclusions.
Returns of unopened, undamaged parts within 30 days are free of restocking fees. Items returned after 30 days or that show signs of installation may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear on your statement.
